Keirstin Stafford is an Aesthetician and Holistic Health Body massage practitioner. Her approach to spending more time looking and feeling beautifully healthy and less time trying integrates The Secret Remedy: Rejuvenate, Esthetics, Massage, Education, Diet, Yin/Yang.

Keirstin received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from SDSU. After graduating as an HHP and Aesthetician, she continued her training and education at The Sporting Club, Kate Grace Physical Therapy, Pacific Athletic Club and Estancia La Jolla Hotel Spa where she trained the new aestheticians, helped write the facial menu, and treatment protocols. She was an assistant Eminence Skin Care representative, obtained Lymphatic Drainage training at Upledger, and is certified in performing PCA peels.

Keirstin specializes in eyebrow waxing, lymphatic Drainage, and Reflexology. She researches all of her skin care products in order to find healthy, organic and the most effective.
